Cleated Soles & Boyfriend Jeans

Crop Top - Primark |Boyfriend Jeans - Topshop 'Hayden' | Cleated Sole Sandals - New Look

Multiple blog photo attempts later & we have finally have an outfit post.
I think I've found a new Topshop denim favourite. The Topshop 'Hayden' jeans are perfect. I'm usually a skinny jean person & Topshop 'Leigh' jeans are the perfect pair in terms of their fit. However when I bought a pair of these for my styling project I fell in love. Ripped denim boyfriend jeans, can you really go wrong. They come in so many different designs but these were my favourite as I'm not big on rips just yet. I actually wore these to Manchester the other day with a loose tshirt but decided to try it with this Boyfriend crop top from Primark & they went so well together. Despite me not actually wearing them outside I wanted to pair this outfit with my new cleated sole babies. I got these in New Look when I was in Manchester. I think I'm going back to New Look to get them in black too! I've wanted chunky heeled sandals for ages and these are perfect! This is about as close to normal shoes I'm going to get at the moment. I'm so ready for England to have more hot days so I can wear these out.

Manchester | Day in Photos (Kinda)

So in the midst of my excitement I forgot to take pictures of the city centre, apologies.
I felt like a proper tourist here, I was forever asking where things are. Now I know how these London tourists feel. This was my first time visiting the city, I wanted somewhere new to shop and I'd heard good things about Manchester. I wish I'd gone for longer than a day, honestly, that is not long enough. There are SO MANY shops I couldn't even go in them all, I was scared I might get lost and miss my train home. I loved the experience though, everything's so close together (like having Westfield on Oxford Street). They even have free buses that take you from the station to the shopping centre. I travelled by Virgin trains so it only took 2 hours to get there, I decided to wear my new Topshop Hayden jeans and a light grey tshirt with converse. I've never been on a train like this alone before so it was something new but I would do it again just not for now (motion sickness really isn't the one). The last two pictures are two new purchases I made. I picked up this black crop top in the Zara sale I've been wanting this for ages! I also got this leather pleated skirt in the H&M sale. I seriously can't wait to wear this out, it's so perfect! I bought some cycling shorts too to wear underneath my dresses/skirts in the summer. I also got some new cleated sole sandals and a couple bits from ARK clothing, a store we need in London asap!

I want to do a June haul but I'm really not sure how I'm going to photograph everything. Follow me on depop (tiaao19), I'm getting rid of a load of things I no longer love.
The link's at the bottom of this post under my post signature.
I'm planning on getting a new camera eventually that can film so I can do haul videos instead.
But until then...

Mesh top - eBay | Vest (folded up) - Primark | Jeans - New Look | Nike Thea Premium

You know when you order something online, it arrives and it's not what you expected but it turns out well. I got this top the other day from an eBay seller in Hong Kong, I didn't expect it to look like this but I love it! I also got a longer version which was supposed to be a near midi length dress but it's actually just a longer tshirt that just about covers your bum. Oh well. I put this outfit together to go to WestEnd to return a few bits the other day. It was 25 degrees may I add. Clearly I have learnt nothing about wearing black in the heat. I wasn't brave enough to not wear a vest but maybe next time I may chance it. I'm a huge fan of sheer/mesh/organza clothing at the moment so there was no doubt I was going to buy this & it cost less than £3.
A lot of my jeans seem to disagree with my thighs at the moment so I was prepared for these to self-destruct (rip) as I walked down the road but they held together thankfully. I just invested in some Topshop Hayden jeans though. Ripped boyfriend jeans, love them!

I'm going to Manchester tomorrow, I wanted somewhere new to shop and to see the area for the first time. I'm not sure how, but I want to do a big June haul on my blog. We'll see how that goes.

The Summer Trainer.

Nike Air Max Thea | Office

Every blogger has their off days right...
I somehow found myself having a lazy day yesterday. Tracksuit, chinese and watching the England v Italy match. I became one of the boys for one night only. It happens.

I was looking for a new pair of trainers. I'm not a proper shoe person, I only wear boots or trainers. Which is not great, but shoes don't really fit me because I have half size feet. I already own two pairs of Nike Theas, I find them so comfortable and they don't make my feet look huge like Puma suedes do. I keep checking to see what new colours they have and when they released these I had to get them. I'm not a big fan of the colour teal but these are perfect for summer as opposed to the other dark colour ones I have. They look nice with rolled up jeans or unrolled, tracksuits and even to the gym. They range from about £79 - £82 but I got mine with student discount in Office.

I'VE FINALLY FINISHED MY FIRST YEAR OF UNI
*does running man, dougie & any other celebratory dance*

How do I celebrate? I go shopping of course. After spending the last week in the library & at home doing hours of uni work to make my Friday deadline I have finally come to the end of my first year at London College of Fashion. I don't know what to do with myself. I did know to go shopping though. I popped into Westfield after hand in to have a "browse" and went into Zara. I passed this top and was like "That's so cute" then I doubled back and picked it up to try on. I may have solely bought it because it was cute and because it matched my peach nails but I can't wait to wear this in summer. That thing that the UK doesn't get often. I love flowy tops like this don't make you hot. I might have to get a pair of white trousers to go with it because the joni jeans don't do it enough justice!
Zara is such a dangerous place for my bank account.
